Christopher (Chris) Lee represents insurers and reinsurers in insurance coverage analysis and disputes based on general liability, directors’ & officers’ liability, professional liability, and first-party coverages. He has experience with claims resulting from construction defects, architectural and engineering errors, environmental contamination, product defects, intellectual property infringement, and cyber liability.
Chris has litigated insurance matters before state and federal courts, including the defense of bad faith actions, policyholder class actions, and Medicare Secondary Payer litigation. He has prior experience in commercial and construction defect litigation.
Chris previously worked for the US Air Force as a contracting officer in military space programs.
