Chloé is a litigator who specializes in professional liability, particularly in construction matters.
Chloé was called to the Bar in 2018 after completing her articling period with the legal department of a national financial institution. She joined Clyde & Co in 2019 to work on large-scale professional liability files and in Projects and Construction. After acting as an analyst, she is now more closely involved in the legal proceedings of these files.
Chloé graduated cum laude with a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. She is currently completing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the Université de Montréal while also furthering her university education with a Master of Laws, Taxation option at the HEC Montréal. Her studies reflect her interest in the various aspects of the practice of law, from insurance law to taxation and commercial law. Chloé has distinguished herself academically and is committed to her community, as evidenced in particular by her mentions of excellence during her university studies and her commitments to the Club du droit de la Terre environmental law club and to Pro Bono Students Canada.
