Camille is an associate in the International Arbitration and Commercial Disputes team, working in Clyde & Co's London office. She has represented clients in complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of business and industry sectors, including energy, international trade, and construction.

She has practical experience with arbitration under major institutional rules, including the LCIA and ICC as well as trade body rules such as FOSFA and GAFTA. Camille has also supported clients in commercial litigation before the UK courts.

Camille has acted for clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including governments, state-owned entities, multinational corporations, and private businesses.

Camille is fluent in English and French.

Experience

• Advising a public-listed mining company on litigation funding agreement and concurrent multi-million dollar arbitral and legal proceedings in Europe.
• Advising a multinational oilfield services company concerning an offshore construction dispute under an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation Agreement in Europe.
• Advising on a Power Purchase Agreement for a renewable energy project in the UK.
• Representing a global oil and gas company, acting as Operator under a Decommissioning Security Agreement, during the Expert Determination procedure and High Court proceedings in the UK.
• Representing a global energy supplier in defending multiple claims involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty in the UK.
• Acting for a Middle Eastern state in a high-value ICC arbitration in relation to oil and gas Production Sharing Agreement.
• Representing an African state-owned entity in an ICC arbitration seated in Paris concerning a construction dispute.
