Bhrina is an Associate in our London office where she works in our Property Damage team. Her dispute resolution practice cuts across a broad spectrum of insurance and commercial claims, including those involving fires, subsidence, water escapes, explosions, and construction and engineering defects. Instructions typically involve subrogated recovery and defence work, as well as advice on policy cover.

Bhrina has a particular specialism in claims involving subsidence and geotechnical issues. She regularly acts for insurers in subsidence mitigation matters, in relation to TPO applications and any related recovery or defence actions.

Bhrina’s experience spans a range of dispute resolution methods, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and without prejudice negotiation.
