Shadi has several years of experience as a lawyer in the Syrian market, practicing at leading law firms and representing major insurance companies before the Syrian courts. In addition, Shadi has gained extensive experience working for the largest insurance companies in the region.

Internationally, Shadi has worked in Europe and North America. He has several years of international experience in the legal and insurance sectors. Prior to joining Clyde, Shadi worked as a senior marine underwriter at CNA Insurance, one of the largest insurance companies in North America.
