Laura is a Legal Director in the Employment team in our London office and has worked for the team since 2016.
Her work includes advising on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She has considerable experience of advising clients on the handling of all types of Employment Tribunal claims including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Laura has also advised on various High Court disputes including breach of contract claims and injunction applications.
Laura also has experience advising clients on the handling of workplace issues including grievances, disciplinaries, large and small scale redundancies, contractual issues, restrictive covenants, mental health issues and other employee relation issues. She also has experience in managing and advising on TUPE issues.
Laura advises across a spectrum of sectors including financial and professional services, insurance and retail.
She has also presented on various topics in employment law including disciplinary and grievance processes, TUPE transfers, case law updates and discrimination.
