Jacek Korcz is an advocate, a Senior Associate in Clyde & Co's Warsaw office and a member of the EMNR (Energy) team with over 8 years of experience in international law firms.
Jacek is experienced in purchase and sale transactions in the renewable energy (RES) sector and also advises clients on project and infrastructure development ventures in the RES sector, financing of RES projects, obtaining environment permits, zoning decisions and building permits. He participates in drafting due diligence reports and transaction documentation.
Jacek also advised real estate companies on the sale and acquisition of commercial properties such as office buildings, logistics centres, PRSs and shopping malls.

Renewable energy sector – preparing legal due diligence reports, participating in the negotiation of transaction documentation and reviewing agreements for the sale of shares in photovoltaic farm project companies.
