Elliot Kim is an associate of Clyde & Co’s Chicago office. He serves as coverage counsel, advising domestic and international insurers in complex insurance disputes. He has litigated and provided coverage advice to clients for claims involving professional liability, architects and engineers, and commercial general liability.
