Julia Kryńska is an Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources team in Warsaw. She joined the Clyde & Co’s Warsaw office from its very beginning in 2024. Julia works with the clients from the renewable energy sector and provides legal advice in regard to issues arising during the development, construction and operation of RES projects. 

Julia has experience in the processes of acquisition and sales, financing and development of wind and photovoltaic farms, including the comprehensive due diligence of such projects. In her work she focuses mostly on the real estate matters connected to the renewable energy projects, in particular the legal issues regarding agricultural land. 
 

Experience
  • Taking part in the legal due diligence of numerous renewable energy projects both for the purpose of financing and in relation to M&A transactions.
  • Advising on the ongoing development issues in the photovoltaic and wind farms projects.
  • Advising in the processes of acquisition and sale of the real estate projects, both in the share as well as asset deal formula.
  • Drafting the agreements regarding the legal title to the land designated for the location of RES projects.
  • Advising in the process of financing of renewable energy projects.
