Franciszek Jędras is an Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources team in our Warsaw office since January 2024.
He has experience in advising energy market clients on regulatory matters (regarding such issues as licences, tariffs, guarantees of origin, renewable energy support schemes, unbundling, grid connection and price caps), transactions (in particular in regard to due diligence processes concerning photovoltaic farms) and both civil and administrative proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities (especially the Polish Energy Regulatory Office).
He graduated with a legal degree, and completed an LLM in Energy and Climate Law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He is currently a trainee attorney-at-law, completing the last year of his apprenticeship.
