Ben Jones is a partner who acts for corporate and commercial clients defending public liability and employers’ liability claims.
Ben’s specialism is transport and infrastructure operations defending catastrophic and fatal injury claims. He often deals with simultaneous inquests and regulatory prosecutions.
Ben has defended numerous high profile, high-value claims. In recent years, he successfully repudiated four fatality claims and two catastrophic injury claims at the pre-issue stage of proceedings.
Ben is a member of our catastrophic injury subcommittee with an interest in developments in the amputations and prosthetics field. He also advises our transport team, sharing his knowledge to increase others’ understanding of complex case law.
