Full Profile
Rafael joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in September 2022, after spending his previous career years for a major law firm in Spain in the area of litigation with a particular focus on the insurance and liability sector.
Rafael focuses on litigation, insurance coverage disputes and contentious claims, especially on the areas of tort law, construction, fire, and professional liability. He advises clients at the pre-litigation stages and out-of-court-settlements.
Rafael studied a Double Degree in Law and Political Sciences at Universidad de Granada and a Master’s Degree in Access to Advocacy at Universidad de Córdoba. She has also conducted complementary studies in University of Lodz (Poland).
He is member of the Córdoba Bar Association.
