William graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and obtained LLM (Major in International Economic Law) in 2018. Prior to joining Westlink Partnership, he worked as a legal assistant at two famous law firms in Chongqing and Zhejiang respectively, and worked as a law clerk at a basic-level People's Court in Chongqing. From November 2018 to March 2019, he was on secondment to a famous foreign-invested property insurance company in China, as acting legal counsel. His current practice areas cover insurance, cross-border M&A and corporate governance.
William speaks fluent Chinese and English and is a China qualified attorney.
