Stewart has considerable experience in employment related litigation and has defended clients from a range of sectors against complex Employment Tribunal claims.

Stewart is also an experienced advocate and has appeared before the Employment Tribunal in several multi-day cases involving issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal.
