Stephan Hoffman

Stephan Hoffman focuses his practice on general and complex civil litigation and insurance disputes in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has represented individuals, municipalities, business entities, and domestic and international insurers in a variety of commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters nationwide, including breach of contract, trade secrets, first-party property, premises liability, bad faith, and civil rights violations. Stephan also serves as appellate monitoring counsel and coverage counsel on high-exposure matters involving wrongful death, sexual assault, environmental liability, and other catastrophic losses.
