Rebecca Hilton is a Knowledge Lawyer within the Clyde & Co LLP MEA Corporate practice.  

Her role is to support the MEA Corporate team with keeping up to date with changes in company and commercial law and practice and sharing our insights with our clients through thought leadership articles and other content.  She also creates and maintains a suite of precedent documents to enable the efficient delivery of our work.  

Rebecca regularly prepares and delivers legal training both internally and through the Dubai Legal Affairs Department CLPD programme.  

Experience

• Preparing and delivering "Common Law for Civil Lawyers" at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (CLPD programme) 2023/24
• Preparing a suite of e-learning modules on UAE law and various corporate and commercial topics
• Drafting and maintaining a suite of corporate precedents and practice guides
