Matthew (Matt) Harvey specializes in insurance law with a focus on coverage, loss allocation, and bad faith. An experienced litigator, he represents insurers in state and federal courts throughout California. Matt has also defended insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, and others against professional negligence claims.
