Julie-Rose Helling is an Associate based in the London Employment Team with experience in Employment Litigation and advising clients on non-contentious issues.
Julie-Rose is an Associate in the Employment Team in our London Office and has been with Clyde & Co since July 2022.
Julie-Rose advises across all contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. This includes supporting clients with managing Employment Tribunal claims arising from unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as advising in County Court and High Court disputes.
Further to contentious work, Julie-Rose’s experience in non-contentious work involves advising on various workplace issues including the management of disciplinary, grievance, termination, and redundancy processes. In addition, she assists employers with the preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements, contracts and policies, and the management of Data Subject Access Requests.
Julie-Rose is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is involved in various pro bono initiatives, including KIND UK.
