Julia Heyn

Julia joined Clyde & Co in 2021 as a senior associate in the transactional real estate team, having spent a number of years in a top tier City practice. She has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including both institutional and public investors, retail and corporate occupiers. Her experience spans multiple sectors, from industrial and logistics, mixed use to retail, and office schemes.

Julia acts for both investors and occupiers on investment acquisitions and disposals, strategic re-gears, development pre-lets, and high value asset management. She uses her breadth of experience to bring a commercially focussed, pragmatic approach, with an emphasis on providing user-friendly solutions to complex issues.

Julia also has a particular interest in using tech solutions to better serve our clients and is Digital Lead for our UK real estate practice.
