Josh joined Clyde & Co in 2021 and is an Employment Associate in our London Office.
He advises clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a range of sectors. This includes litigation, investigations, settlements, DSARs, global projects, and general day-to-day HR issues. In terms of litigation, Josh has experience in both the employment tribunal and the civil courts.
Josh is passionate about pro bono work and is the Pro Bono & Social Impact Champion for Clyde’s UK Employment, Pensions, and Immigration Team. He has assisted with several of Clyde’s pro bono projects including the Ukraine Response Project, the Unpaid Wages Clinic, and Pryde Beats Prejudice. He also has experience of assisting with climate and environmental issues having completed a secondment with the Chancery Lane Project.
Josh is an active member of the firm’s internal LGBTQ+ network, Pryde & Co. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
