Jessica’s practice mainly consists of contentious aviation matters which are brought against major airlines and their respective insurers. Jessica has extensive experience dealing with claims for: bodily injury, passenger baggage, property damage and cargo. Jessica also has experience assisting with major losses. 

Jessica’s background in insurance fraud, dealing with cases predominantly involving personal injury, has served as an excellent foundation for her work in the aviation sector. 

Due to the International nature of Jessica’s case load, she is skilled at dealing with litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
 

Experience

• Assisting with a major loss involving the death of 167 passengers and crew.
• Assisted with major loss involving loss to life of those on board the helicopter, injury claims from casualties on the ground and property damage.
• Receives instructions in respect of injury claims from the ground, as well as property damage claims.
• Receives instructions in respect of third-party damage claims within the aviation sector, including damage to aircraft and other airside vehicles/equipment arising from ground handling incidents.
