Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Manchester office with extensive experience of acting in clinical negligence claims for a variety of NHS Trusts and GPs on instruction from NHS Resolution and other medical defence organisations. Jennifer qualified as a Solicitor in April 2014 and joined Clyde & Co LLP in July 2022.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co LLP Jennifer spent 7 and half years at another leading defendant firm acting on behalf of NHS Trusts and NHS Resolution in clinical negligence disputes.
Jennifer has experience of dealing with a wide range of cases across a variety of medical specialities including obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, cardiology, psychiatry, general surgery and general practice. Jennifer’s practice includes high value and complex cases, she regularly represents her clients at contested Court hearings, mediations, conferences and settlement meetings. Jennifer also has experience of representing NHS Trusts at Inquests.
