I am a very experienced civil litigator having worked in defendant insurance litigation practices for over eleven years. I now specialise in:

  • Professional negligence and D&0 claims pursued against a variety of professions including trade unions, dental laboratories, universities, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers, property management companies etc.
  • TP (RAI) Act claims pursued against public and products liability insurers; 
  • General insurance policy coverage advice.
