Alexa has been based in the Middle East with Clyde & Co since 2011, advising on the legal aspects of construction & engineering projects in the Region, with particular experience of the laws of the UAE and Qatar. She has advised on some of the most complex and high value construction projects in the MEA Region, both in the disputes space and in the transactional space. Clients include employers / developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and professional consultants engaged in projects located across the Region.
Alexa drafts and negotiates international construction contracts, advises as "Project Counsel" on commercial and contractual issues arising as works progress, and represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings, predominantly complex international construction arbitration.
