Abdul is an associate with extensive experience in civil litigation. He has a strong track record of success in achieving favourable outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Abdul completed his articling at a prominent mid-sized civil litigation firm in Calgary, Alberta. During this time, he gained invaluable experience handling complex cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful terminations, medical malpractice, and fatality claims. Additionally, Abdul has a solid background in alternative dispute resolution, having successfully mediated and arbitrated numerous cases.
He holds a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with great distinction. Abdul previously served as a Research Assistant with the School of Public Health at the University of Saskatchewan, where he conducted comprehensive research on urban health inequalities across Canadian cities.
Beyond his professional endeavours, he enjoys immersing himself in various activities during his leisure time. Abdul has a passion for reading, keeping up with the NBA and exploring Alberta’s breathtaking outdoors.
