Victor Gontard

Victor is an associate based in our Munich office and focuses on all aspects of corporate law, especially domestic, international and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as on corporate and regulatory insurance-related matters.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Victor worked in the Hamburg office of a global law firm for more than two years after having completed his legal traineeship in the Paris and Munich offices of various international leading law firms.

Victor graduated from the EDHEC Business School with a Master in Management and a LL.M. in Tax and Law before studying law at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence where he obtained a Master in International Business Law. He is a French qualified lawyer (Paris Bar) and a member of the Munich Bar (Directive 98/5/EC).

Victor is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and German.
