Joaquín is a Senior Associate in the London Global Projects & Construction team focusing on the resolution of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes across the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors, and on project advisory and risk avoidance.
He has worked on arbitrations in different jurisdictions, as well as matters before the High Court in London and the Court of Session in Scotland and he regularly advises Spanish-speaking international contractors in different jurisdictions around the world.
