Ewa advises energy businesses, with a special focus on transactions in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector. Her comprehensive experience ranges from transaction matters of all kinds, through to regulatory and corporate issues. Ewa is also well acquainted with administrative procedures and proceedings before administrative courts. She oversees and manages due diligence reviews, for wind farm projects, solar farms and battery storage facilities, notably in regard to financing and M&A deals.
Experience
Advising Banco Santander, Santander Bank Polska, EIB, CaixaBank and EKF, Denmark’s Export Credit Agency on a PLN 674 million financing of six wind farms developed by EDP Renewables for the development, construction and operation of six wind farms with a total capacity of approximately 150 MW.
Advising Nord/LB on a EUR 53 million financing of a 38.8 MW Liskowo wind farm.
DNB Bank ASA and mBank SA- advising on a EUR 90 million financing of wind farm and PV projects developed by the Greenvolt Group.
Advising P Capital Partners and preparation of due diligence for financing wind farm and PV projects with a total capacity of approximately 167 MW developed by Luneos Green Energy.
Advising Pko Bank Polski and EBRD on financing of Orla (37, 5 MW) and Potęgowo (31,5 MW) wind farms developed by the Eurowatt Group.
