Dardan is an Associate based in our Munich office with a focus on dispute resolution, insurance regulatory and corporate insurance.

Dardan specializes in litigation, arbitration and all other forms of dispute resolution. He focuses on insurance law, particularly in the financial and professional lines (D&O, W&I, PI, E&O) as well as general/product liability. In addition, Dardan's practice also includes regulatory and corporate insurance matters. He advises insurers, insurance intermediaries and brokers as well as Insurtech companies in this context.

Dardan was educated at the University of Passau. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Dardan worked for a renowned German business law firm, also in the area of insurance law. He is admitted to the German Bar (Rechtsanwalt) and a member of the Association for the networking and promotion of young Munich business lawyers.

Dardan speaks German, English and Albanian.
