Wietske Felmore handles a wide range of commercial and insurance litigation matters, including aviation, casualty, clinical negligence, commercial general liability, occupiers’ liability, professional indemnity, product liability, subrogation, and coverage. Wietske also advises on non-contentious commercial and regulatory matters.
She has extensive litigation, trial, and alternative dispute resolution experience which she gained in South Africa and in Ontario.
Wietske commenced her articles in 2010 in South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
