Marta joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in September 2019. Marta’s practice is mainly focused on contentious claims, especially on tort law and civil liability. She particularly focuses on the areas of construction, product liability, energy, fire, and machinery breakdown. Her advice extends to pre-litigation stages and on out-of-court settlements.
Marta studied Law at Universidad de Vigo and a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
She is member of the Madrid Bar Association.
