Carmelina Forzisi focuses her practice on advising and assisting insurance companies with respect to all aspects of coverage analysis. She previously advised and assisted insurers with respect to third-party coverage issues involving all aspects of general claims handling and resolution, including the investigation and analysis of claims, defense and indemnity obligations, priority of coverage, and extra-contractual exposure for complex environmental, personal and advertising, automobile, products liability, and abuse and/or bodily injury, as well as other matters.
