Anna’s daily work involves advice on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to insurance and reinsurance for insurance companies and insureds, whereby she has particular in-depth experience in coordinating and enforcing claims, as well as in drafting policies, terms and wordings. Her practice focuses on liability insurance, marine insurance and erection/construction insurance. As part of her professional career she did a secondment as a line manager at the claims department with a well-known international insurance company.
Early in her career Anna worked for one of the largest logistics providers worldwide in their Shanghai office. Today she uses her insights into the practice to advice transport and logistic operators in relation to all modes of transport. Her practice includes general contract advice and drafting and also claims handling in relation to all modes of transport including storage and logistics services.
