Amélia Fortin is a civil litigation lawyer whose practice is primarily focused on civil and professional liability, product liability and construction law.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and joined Clyde & Co as an associate in 2024, after gaining experience both as a student and as an intern at the firm.
Amélia stands out for her intellectual curiosity and her ability to address each of her cases with rigour and professionalism.
