Amélia Fortin

Amélia Fortin is a civil litigation lawyer whose practice is primarily focused on civil and professional liability, product liability and construction law.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and joined Clyde & Co as an associate in 2024, after gaining experience both as a student and as an intern at the firm.

Amélia stands out for her intellectual curiosity and her ability to address each of her cases with rigour and professionalism. Her strong analytical and interpersonal skills naturally led her to litigation. She enjoys collaborating with her colleagues on complex projects, tackling each situation with determination and enthusiasm.
