Mohamed has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail and consumer, and real estate sectors.
Mohamed graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2018. He also holds two Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees: one from Cairo University in 2018, and another from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2017.
Prior to joining Barakat, Maher & Partners in association with Clyde & Co, Mohamed worked at Baker McKenzie in Cairo and leading law firms in Egypt.
Mohamed is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
