Hesham’s practice includes both contentious and non-contentious matters. His expertise includes advising on complex pre-litigation commercial transactions, advising on the strategy of litigation matters and all stages of the proceedings before the onshore UAE courts drafting complex pleadings in Arabic, attending meetings with court-appointed experts, and ensuring the efficiency of execution proceedings. 

Hesham handles complex disputes across a range of sectors, including white-collar crime, commercial, real estate, civil, rental, construction, and labour matters.

His notable achievements include landmark rulings in the Abu Dhabi Courts, the General Authority of the Cassation Court, and the enforcement of the first-ever foreign judgment from the English Courts in the Dubai Courts.
