A lawyer by trade, Valérie de Grandpré Chapdelaine has developed a recognized expertise in insurance coverage and claims monitoring, as well as in professional liability and general civil litigation. She currently acts as Principal, Legal & Professional Development, Canada.
Valérie is dedicated to facilitating training and promoting growth for the next generation and associates in Canada, ensuring their integration and continued development. To this end, she designs learning content amongst other initiatives, while evaluating priorities with the Office Managing Partners across the country.
In performing her functions, Valérie works in collaboration with different internal teams on aspects such as people management and business development. Moreover, she liaises with overseas internal team members to bring the best of all the firm’s global resources to our Canadian practices.
