Siobhan is a Senior Associate in the Healthcare team in Clyde & Co’s Bristol office advising NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts and clinicians.
As well as being a qualified lawyer, she has a Microbiology degree (BSc hons) and has completed a Forensic Medical Sciences course.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of high value, complex clinical negligence litigation and mediations. She has extensive group litigation experience having represented the families at both the BSE Inquiry and litigation and the Nationwide Organ Group Litigation.
She knows her client, regularly working in-house on secondment both at NHS Trusts and NHS Resolution.
