Massimo was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after completing his articles at Clyde & Co’s Toronto office. He is committed to representing clients in various insurance, construction and commercial litigation matters.
He obtained both Canadian and American Juris Doctors after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Windsor. In law school, Massimo strengthened his advocacy skills by participating in the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Cup, where he won best overall advocate. Moreover, he represented indigent litigants as part of the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic. In addition, Massimo has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where he double majored in Philosophy and Italian.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his four younger siblings and riding his bicycle around Ontario.
