Marta Dudkiewicz-Lasota is an attorney-at-law in the Dispute Resolution team in our Warsaw office. 

Marta specialises in administrative and civil cases relating to real estate, and construction and development. She is experienced in conducting proceedings before administrative authorities, and administrative court and civil court proceedings related mainly to real estate. 

She handles regulatory matters relating to infrastructure, as well as advises foreign developers on compliance with Polish public law, particularly construction law.

Marta provided legal advice to the leader of a grocery discount chain, supporting the client in the investment process of building a chain of retail facilities and distribution warehouses.

She gained professional experience in public administration as deputy director in the City and State Treasury Property Bureau of Warsaw City Hall.
