Kyley Davoodi counsels domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in complex commercial disputes. She focuses her practice on the litigation and arbitration of high-value coverage disputes involving trade credit and political risk insurance and commercial reinsurance, in addition to numerous types of other industry covers, including Bermuda Form, general liability, and umbrella and excess liability insurance. Kyley also routinely advises on non-contentious matters, including market insurance wording and bespoke contract language and arbitration agreements.
Kyley recently co-authored an overview of US insurance and reinsurance laws in The Legal 500: Insurance and Reinsurance 3rd edition Country Comparative Guide.
