Kate advises on policy cover issues for both liability and CAR insurers, and also deals with subrogated recovery and liability defence work. Throughout her career, Kate has been involved in a number of large, complex cases, often with a cross-border element. She speaks French and has managed a number of cases with both English and French law issues, most notably a case involving a high profile stage collapse in France running for almost 10 years.
In addition to dealing with civil claims, Kate has also dealt with HSE inquests, gaining her a strong understanding of the overlapping issues between the two.
