Jocelyn DeMars represents domestic and global insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes. She has experience representing insurers in declaratory judgment actions and cases involving bad faith and extra-contractual liability. Jocelyn has provided coverage advice involving various types of commercial insurance coverage, including commercial property, commercial general liability, and contingency/event cancellation. Over the past several years, Jocelyn has completed a significant amount of work for the London insurance market. Her practice involves pre-suit matters, as well as matters in litigation. Recently, she has advised domestic and global insurer clients related to COVID-19 claims, civil unrest in the United States, and other commercial property insurance claims.
Jocelyn also serves as a board member for the Fate Foundation, Inc.
