Claire is a Senior Associate in the technology, data and outsourcing practice in the UK. Claire specialises in providing advice on data protection compliance matters, including marketing law.

Claire has worked with clients in a range of industries, including the insurance, retail, aviation and education sectors. Claire has assisted organisations in the implementation of UK GDPR compliance programmes, including the preparation of relevant documentation, and in responding to requests by individuals to exercise their rights under data protection law. Claire has also provided specialist data protection and marketing advice on issues such as complex data sharing arrangements, marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

Claire has undertaken a successful secondment to a well-known university, supporting the data protection team and providing advice on data protection and freedom of information law to the legal department there.
