Bob Davies advises on fatal workplace accidents, claims of corporate manslaughter and gross negligence, and frequently defends clients in investigations and prosecutions.
Bob has extensive experience defending Health & Safety Executive (HSE) investigations and prosecutions. He regularly manages health and safety investigations on behalf of clients, including large corporate bodies.
As well as corporates, Bob also acts for individuals charged with serious motor offences due to deaths on the road. In coronial proceedings, he provides police station representation, counsel at regulatory interviews, and representation in the Magistrates and Coroner’s Court (CC).
Bob is a Health and Safety Lawyers Association (HSLA) member.
