Bethany is a Senior Associate in the Healthcare team, based in the Edinburgh Office. She trained at Clyde & Co before qualifying in 2018, and has worked in the Healthcare team ever since.

Bethany has extensive experience in representing a wide range of insurers and indemnity providers across the healthcare sector. She specialises in high value complex medical and dental negligence claims and has a particular expertise in medical product liability. Bethany also deals with claims arising from aesthetic procedures.

Bethany is experienced in handling claims arising from the care and education sectors, both present and non-recent claims. Bethany also assists the team's regulatory practice, acting on behalf of professionals before the GDC, MPTS and the GTCS.
