Bertrand Ducasse is a Senior Associate in the Paris office since 2023. He practices insurance and commercial litigation. He has developed a solid experience in insurance distribution, property damages, professional liability, contract law, insolvency proceedings, and enforcement. Member of the French Society Droit et Procédure, he regularly pleads before civil, commercial and criminal Courts in France.
Bertrand was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015. Graduate from ESSEC Business School, he studied law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University for five years completed by a Master 2 in Business Law and Tax Law.
