Michael’s practice encompasses a wide range of sectors, from construction and engineering, energy, oil & gas and mining to infrastructure and consumer products and includes French and international clients. He has extensive experience of commercial contracts and agreements and has advised on and/or negotiated purchase, supply, licensing, R&D agreements as well as NDAs and confidentiality agreements.

His expertise also leads him to work on disputes arising from major accidents and catastrophic losses, as well as commercial and criminal litigation. 

Michael has significant experience assisting his clients in complex disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings (ICC, LCIA, QICCA, LMAA). 

Michael was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008. 

He is fluent in French and English.
