Mathilde Carvès has been an associate at the Paris office since her admission to the Paris Bar in 2024. Her practice focuses on information technology law, where she is involved in both advisory and litigation matters. She advises clients on compliance with laws and regulations related to new technologies, including those concerning cybersecurity, data protection and artificial intelligence.

She also handles various disputes notably related to professional liability, directors' and officers' liability, and fraud.

Before joining Clyde & Co, Mathilde gained solid experience in commercial law and information technology law at other international law firms and within a French startup.

Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master's degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL. She also holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Technology Law from Washington University in St. Louis (USA) and is admitted to practice law in New York. She also has acquired some knowledge in Spanish law through her studies in Spain and her work in the legal department of a Spanish association.

She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
